PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WORK: KRAFT FOODS H.R.C PROTOTYPE

During our time at Cadbury/Kraft we were enlisted to help with a live brief for designing labels for two new products. The labels were to be attached to two variants of the innovative and as yet unreleased "heat resistant chocolate" at a London Innovations fair later this month.

The labels had to convey instantly the USP of the product and with a three day deadline we leapt into sketching ideas and themes that would immediately and simply display the innovation in question. The thermometer design went through about two or three prototype sketches and the only real trouble we had was simplifying the design in order for it to work on a roller pack (think Rolo or Polo design)

The deckchair theme , designated "Holiday" proved trickier to finalize a design with the client giving us feedback several times on the tint and positioning of the chunk of chocolate.

It was a very exciting couple of days working on this and a beneficial experience to be working on something with significant consequences.
